Your consultation fee is transferred towards future treatment when booked during your consultation. There’s no obligation to proceed.

I’m new to elumi. Where do I start?
Start with a consultation. Your appointment includes a facial assessment and a conversation about your skin, concerns, treatment options and expectations. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.
How much is a consultation?
A 30-minute consultation is $50. This fee is non-refundable and secures your appointment. If you choose to proceed and book your future treatment during the consultation, the $50 is transferred towards that treatment.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Timely lists combined consultation and treatment appointments for new patients. Treatment on the day is subject to an assessment of suitability and a discussion of the potential benefits, risks and expected outcomes.
I’m a returning patient. What should I book?
Choose the returning patient option for your established treatment plan. If you would like to discuss new areas or changes to your plan, add a note to your booking. A treatment review is also available 2–3 weeks after treatment.
